Anichi Resort & Spa is being developed as an institutional hospitality project in line with international standards. The project is branded under Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International and will be managed by the professional hospitality management company Highgate, providing operational and managerial expertise.
The project is integrated into Dominica’s national development strategy and is being implemented within a multi-layered regulatory framework, which provides for the sequential completion of all required procedures and compliance requirements. This structure forms a stable foundation for the project’s long-term development and subsequent operation.
Anichi Resort & Spa is approved under Dominica’s investment programme, allowing participation in the project to be considered as a structured private investment in a regulated hospitality asset, developed in partnership with international operators.
