We continue to visually document the construction stages of the institutional hospitality asset Anichi Resort & Spa. In March, particular attention was given to both engineering and structural works, as well as interior finishing, reflecting a systematic approach to the project’s development.

The following works were carried out on site:

• construction of retaining walls ensuring site stability;
• application of the first coat of paint in guest rooms;
• tiling of guest rooms;
• installation of air conditioning systems, as well as plumbing and electrical lines in the reception area.

The areas of work outlined above reflect a balanced approach to the project’s development – from infrastructure preparation to the formation of interior spaces and standards of comfort.

Anichi Resort & Spa is being developed under the Autograph Collection Hotels brand (Marriott International), providing integration into a global system of standards and commercial infrastructure. Operational management is entrusted to Highgate, ensuring a professional approach to hospitality asset management.

The project is implemented within a multi-layered model, where the developer, international brand, operator, and regulatory framework act as complementary elements, ensuring sustainable operation and alignment with international hospitality standards.

Anichi Resort & Spa is approved under the government investment programme administered by the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit, making it accessible to investors seeking regulated and structured assets.
