Anichi Resort & Spa is being developed as an institutional hospitality asset, structured in accordance with international standards. The resort is being created under the Autograph Collection Hotels brand (part of the portfolio of Marriott International), with future management to be undertaken by Highgate, a company with global expertise in hotel real estate management. The project configuration clearly delineates the functions of developer, operator and brand, and complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

February confirmed the resilience of tourist demand. During the two weeks preceding Carnival 2026, 13% more visitors than during the same period last year arrived on island. Air arrivals increased by 14% and sea arrivals by 11%, while on Carnival Friday the flow of guests rose by 38% year on year. Passenger seat capacity at Douglas-Charles Airport was expanded by more than 48%. Record levels of activity during major events and expanded transport capacity strengthen the investment appeal of the hospitality sector.

Annual indicators also demonstrate market expansion. By the end of 2025, total arrivals reached 488,091, up 13% compared with 2024 and 49% above 2019 levels. The number of stayover visitors (including the yachting segment) amounted to 112,195 (+18% year on year), of which 98,734 were pure stayover visitors — also 18% above 2024 and 10% higher than pre-pandemic levels. The cruise segment grew by 12% to 375,646 passengers, marking the highest figure since 2011. Direct visitor expenditure in the national economy in 2025 is estimated at approximately EC$405.5 million. Taken together, these indicators form a measurable demand base for high-quality hospitality infrastructure.

The project is included in the state Citizenship by Investment programme as an approved development, implemented within the established regulatory framework and integrated into the national development model.

Anichi Resort & Spa is aimed at investors who view hospitality real estate as a long-term asset with an institutional governance architecture and a professional operating model.
